This is the official Payment page for our Dance Company Families. For Recreational Families please select the Recreational Family Payment form from the Online payment drop down menu.
On this page you will be able to make Tuition Payments, Solo/Duo/Trio Payments, Competition Payments, Costume Payments and more, so you never miss a payment. Simply follow the prompts on the form below and fill in the required information. We have additional sections for Siblings. Once all of your selected fields have been filled click the total and pay. An email with a full breakdown of what was paid will be sent to you. This makes it easy for us to track accounts and know where payments should be applied.
That's it, the system is very simple. For those who prefer to pay by check or with cash they may do so at the desk and fill out a simple form so accounts can be credited accordingly. Please look over the form to familiarize your self with it, and also please read our Refund Policies and our Payment FAQ section at the bottom of this page.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Method of Refund Processing
- Studio Account Credit First: All approved refunds are automatically issued as a credit to your studio account to be used for future tuition, fees, or merchandise.
- Director's Discretion: Refund payouts via physical check are rare and are issued strictly at the sole discretion of the Studio Director.
Registration Fees
- No Refunds: Annual registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
-Why? This covers administrative setup and software costs that are spent immediately upon enrollment.
Tuition Refunds Refunds or adjustments for paid tuition are granted only under the following conditions:
- Written Notice: A formal email requesting class withdrawal is submitted at least 30 days prior to the effective removal date.
- Medical Exception: A signed doctor's note is provided detailing the medical reason for withdrawal.
Costume Fees
- No Refunds: Once costumes have been ordered for recitals or performances, all costume payments and fees are strictly non-refundable.
Competition Fees
- No Refunds: Competition entry fees are non-refundable.
- Medical Exception: A refund may be considered only if accompanied by an official medical note from a licensed physician.
- NEW This Year: In the event that a dancer can not attend a competition and a sub needs to go in, they will be responsible for the fee as well as supply the costume to the substitute. If no sub goes in but the routine requires additional rehearsal time to fix and adjust choreography a Re-block fee (of equal value to the Fee) will be paid to the choreographer for their time.
Conventions, Camps, and Master Classes Payments for special events, workshops, camps, and master classes are non-refundable
unless one of the following criteria is met:
- Written Doctor's Note: A medical provider’s note explaining the absence or cancellation.
- Advance Notice: A written email request for a refund is submitted at least 30 days prior to the start date of the event.
- Family Emergency: A documented, unforeseen family emergency prevents attendance.
- Why? Faculty Fees and Transportation are pre-determined by size of event and planned months in advance. This protects the Studio and the Master Class Faculty.
Recital Tickets
- No Refunds: All recital and showcase ticket sales are final. No refunds or seat exchanges will be issued.
Exception- If honest concern is raised 30 days prior to event ,approved by Director. Please note: all requests must go
through the Director. Also please remember most Facilities have a Capacity Agreement in place and studios
are required to have insurance based on number in attendance. Please address concerns with Director.
Picture Sitting Fees & Media Fees
- No Refunds: Photo day sitting fees and digital media fees are non-refundable once paid, as they secure the photographer's schedule and administrative processing.

Competition entry fees are strictly non-refundable. The only exception is if your dancer has an unexpected medical issue and you provide an official medical note from a licensed physician. If approved, the refund will be applied as a studio account credit first.
Great question, the answer is yes . Here is why:
- A substitute will need to replace your dancer in the routine and shouldn't have to pay the fee. (They will borrow your dancers costume and return after the competition).
- The Choreographer may choose to Re-Block the routine and your fee covers the time they put in to plan, re-block, and rehearse.
Conventions and master classes are non-refundable unless you submit a written email request at least 30 days prior to the event, provide a doctor’s note for illness/injury, or experience a documented family emergency.
No. Once competition or recital costumes have been ordered from the manufacturer, those payments are 100% non-refundable, even if your dancer withdraws from the class or team before the event takes place.
