This is the official Payment page for our Dance Company Families. For Recreational Families please select the Recreational Family Payment form from the Online payment drop down menu.
On this page you will be able to make Tuition Payments, Solo/Duo/Trio Payments, Competition Payments, Costume Payments and more, so you never miss a payment. Simply follow the prompts on the form below and fill in the required information. We have additional sections for Siblings. Once all of your selected fields have been filled click the total and pay. An email with a full breakdown of what was paid will be sent to you. This makes it easy for us to track accounts and know where payments should be applied.
That's it, the system is very simple. For those who prefer to pay by check or with cash they may do so at the desk and fill out a simple form so accounts can be credited accordingly. Please look over the form to familiarize your self with it, and also please read our Refund Policies and our Payment FAQ section at the bottom of this page.

Exception- If honest concern is raised 30 days prior to event ,approved by Director. Please note: all requests must go
through the Director. Also please remember most Facilities have a Capacity Agreement in place and studios
are required to have insurance based on number in attendance. Please address concerns with Director.

Competition entry fees are strictly non-refundable. The only exception is if your dancer has an unexpected medical issue and you provide an official medical note from a licensed physician. If approved, the refund will be applied as a studio account credit first.

Conventions and master classes are non-refundable unless you submit a written email request at least 30 days prior to the event, provide a doctor’s note for illness/injury, or experience a documented family emergency.
No. Once competition or recital costumes have been ordered from the manufacturer, those payments are 100% non-refundable, even if your dancer withdraws from the class or team before the event takes place.
