Yes! The Dance Connection offers dedicated recreational teen dance classes right in East Haven, CT. Our teen program is designed for middle and high school students from East Haven, Branford, North Branfordand New Haven who want to learn dance, build confidence, and stay fit without the pressure of competitive dance teams. We offer contemporary, hip hop, jazz, tap and ballet for teens.

Dancers must wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic attire or standard leotards along with appropriate footwear specific to their selected style. Hair needs to be securely tied back away from the face to ensure safety and focus during movement.
